Actually it began in early November. The side effects of the symbicourt , dry mouth was bad but nothing like the lose of taste. I went back to advir but it was the wrong one and I did not want up back to the doctor but went back to the symbicourt until my appt on the 23 of December. Now back on the right one but the killer is that it can take up to two weeks before it takes effect. Until then it like being in. Block of ice. You want to go things but when you do you become extremely short of breath. The longer you linger the harder it is to get up and go. No one has any idea how hard it is. Sometime it feels like you go not have the strength to breath but you know you have to so you just sit and it seems the world is passing you by

Horseshoe Crabs
I saw a program on the cooking channel where a guy was taking a motorcycle rood trip up New England. One of his first stop on his road trip i believe was in Connecticut for a stop
to try a local delicious eels. The first thing his guide did was to chop a horseshoe crab in half
he picked a crab from several that he had. this was done with total disregard for said crab in its impact on the ecosystem. For years the Red Knot population on the upper east coast has seen s dramatic drop in the numbers of this species Fisherman for years have caught and used them for bait. there was no idea or control of the capture of the ancient creature
they lay very large numbers of eggs in sand from this bounty of eggs hundreds of other animals are able to build fats reserves to allow them to make to there arctic breeding grounds. its is imperative that we learn to co exist with creatures that has a right to these areas. whats going to happen when there is no more wildlife. They have a greater chance to adapt to changing environmental changes than we do. It's time we found some alternative to the way we have always done it
